Cold Flow Concentrate
Cartel Cold Flow Diesel Fuel Improver provides the following benefits when used correctly. Typical Treatment Ratio is one gallon per 2,000 gallons of fuel to be treated. For severe winter cold, one gallon per 1,000. Maximum treatment is 1 gallon per 500.

The Environmental Protection Agency has established a phase-out schedule, which ultimately limits lead content to 0.1 gram per gallon as of January 1, 1986. Beginning Jan. 1, 1988, the EPA has ordered that lead will no longer be used as an additive in regular gasoline.
Most industry experts agree that the current 0.1 gram per gal. is not sufficient to protect pre-1975 engines from valve seat damage.
